This says it in a nutshell and helps us form a true perspective of time. As Karen says, we can replace our jobs, clothes, homes and partners but never time! Time is a constant and once lived we can't go backwards. We have to make the most of every opportunity otherwise we may have a tendency towards regret- not helpful!
